Template License

Short version: Personal/business use license for one buyer. Edit and use it for your own business. No resale, sharing or redistribution of the template, and no resell/PLR rights.

You may

• Edit the template: change text, colors, fonts, photos and layout, and add your logo and business details
• Use the finished design for your own business or personal use: publish your website, post your social graphics, print and use your forms and workbooks with your own clients
• Give your own clients finished, filled-in documents (for example a completed welcome manual) as part of your service, as PDF or print
• Keep using what you've made for as long as you like

You may not

• Resell, share, give away, sublicense or redistribute the template, the Canva link or the editable files, in original or modified form
• Sell or offer it as a template, a "done-for-you" product for other sellers, or with resell, private label (PLR) or master resell rights
• Include it in a template bundle, membership, course or marketplace listing for others to download
• Use one purchase for several businesses or clients. Buy one license per business.

Ownership

Buying a template gives you a license to use it. Copyright in the template design stays with its owners. Stock photos and elements inside Canva are covered by Canva's own content license.
